Maths for Fun

Mrs. Mary Brady, our recently appointed Home School Liaison staff member, is doing a great job of getting parents involved in their children's education. Mary, with the cooperation of teachers and parents, has just introduced a new initiative called "Maths for Fun" into fourth class. This is a strategy to enable children to use maths in real life situations in a fun way. Children play games such as Number Bingo, Snakes and Ladders, cards and lots more. It has proved to be a lot of fun for the students and a brilliant way to help them learn.
